Bolton-based boutique contractor, Artez, continues to grow its interiors arm after completing three notable refurbishments across the North West, with a total project value of more than £500,000.

Artez Interiors – one of two standalone divisions within Artez Group – has recently handed over an internal fit-out project for Love Creative in central Manchester.

The team was appointed to refurbish two floors of a Victorian warehouse on Dale Street for the creative agency.
The specialist contractor has also completed a further two major fit-outs in Liverpool, transforming previously vacant spaces in the city centre.

Come Home Liverpool appointed Artez to install Hus, a new Scandinavian-themed bar inside the Tempest Building on Tithebarn Street.

The recent flurry of fit-outs was completed with the conversion of former bank building Yorkshire House on Chapel Street into a unique office space.

Steve Knight, construction director at Artez, said: “We’re seeing a growing demand for interior fit-outs as more people recognise the cost benefit of a refurbishment over a move to new premises or more expensive new build projects.

“We work closely with our clients to create spaces that follow their vision and incorporate the styles and technologies of the future, while remaining considerate to the existing structure. We’re confident that the recent fit-outs provide inspiring environments to work and play in, and we look forward to continuing to provide work of the highest quality across the North West in 2017.”

In addition to the three completed fit-outs, Artez is set to overhaul the interiors of a host of other buildings across Greater Manchester during 2017.

Knight added: “We have a number of exciting developments in the pipeline for this year, including partnerships with leading regeneration experts and developers. 2017 is set to be significant in the growth of Artez Interiors and Artez as a whole.”
