Positive Recruitment Solutions gets £650K boost from Aldermore

Positive Recruitment Solutions (PRS), a recruitment specialist based in Warrington, is looking to expand its offering following the agreement of a new finance facility worth £650,000 with Aldermore, the specialist bank.

Founded three years ago and with 11 employees across its offices in Warrington, Rugby and Bristol, PRS provides recruitment solutions to the industrial, logistics, marketing and public relations sectors across the UK.

The bespoke funding facility from Aldermore will allow PRS to maintain its impressive early growth by introducing its offering into new industries and increasing margins.

PRS managing director Darren Cunliffe said: “After celebrating our third anniversary and moving to a new head office, we wanted to maintain our sense of achievement and forward momentum. Our accountant introduced us to Aldermore due to its reputation for professionalism, speed and flexibility when providing finance to small businesses.

“The recruitment industry is fiercely competitive and the funding provided by Aldermore means that we we are well-positioned to broaden our offering, build capacity in our offices and win new contracts, all the while delivering an excellent service to our clients.”

Tom O’Dell, business development manager, invoice finance at Aldermore, said: “PRS is an ambitious small business that has enjoyed significant success during its first few years of operating.

“However, the business still has a great deal of potential which our facility will help them to fulfil.

“The business has rightly focussed on sustainable growth over the last three years and now is the right time for it to move into its next phase of growth with a funder capable of supporting its ambitions.

“Now that PRS has the appropriate financial support in place, we expect to see the company going from strength to strength and wish them every success.”
