Tickets selling fast for Circle Square property lunch

Tickets are selling fast for a property lunch event which will give sector professionals from across the region the latest new on Circle Square – the extraordinary new city centre neighbourhood emerging at the site of the former BBC studios site on Oxford Road in Manchester being developed as part of a joint venture between Bruntwood and Select Property Group.

At TheBusinessDesk.com’s latest property professionals event on Friday, June 30 – sponsored by law firm Freeths – delegates will hear from Aisling McNulty, development surveyor for Bruntwood.

She will speak about the ambitious vision for Circle Square, which will see the 2.4m sq ft landmark site transformed into a new, city centre neighbourhood, located on Oxford Road, at the heart of the Corridor Manchester Innovation District, surrounded by world-leading academic and cultural centres of excellence.

Aisling will cover a number of areas of the scheme, including: the commercial workspace available, retail and leisure, residential apartments and beautiful green space at the heart of the new city neighbourhood.

The event takes place at Grafene Restaurant and Bar at 55 King Street and runs from 12noon to 3pm.

Circle Square is a joint venture between Select Property Group and Bruntwood.
