Recruiter expands into new city centre HQ

Recruitment specialist Forward Role has moved into Croxley House on Lloyd Street in central Manchester, taking the whole of the fourth floor.

The marketing, digital, analytics, design & IT recruitment company which has a headcount of 25 has taken a total of 3,200 at £19.50 per sq ft after moving out of its prior city centre offices.

OBI Property is joint letting agent on Croxley House with Edwards and Co, acting on behalf of Boultbee Brooks Real Estate. The OBI Property building consultancy team project managed the refurbishment of the 4th floor which included the installation of a new kitchen and meeting room, prior to Forward Role Recruitment moving in.

We are pleased to welcome Forward Role Recruitment into the building which is now fully let. An additional suite of 4,305 sq ft will be coming available later this year.”

Croxley House provides office accommodation over basement to fifth floor, offering a total 27,400 sq ft of office space.  Other tenants include: Arcon Housing, Hidden Creative, PRP Architects and Media Force.
