Roger Hannah riding high as turnover tops £3m

Manchester chartered surveyor Roger Hannah & Co is celebrating after being hailed as the biggest growing practice in the North West in 2016/17.

The company is riding high following the release of The Property Week Agents Survey 2017.

The business grew its turnover by almost 31% from £2.4m to £3.1m over the last 12 months, making it the 32nd largest practice in the UK (up from 40th in 2016) and ranking it second place behind CBRE, but ahead of JLL and Savills.

Simon Cook director of Roger Hannah & Co said: “Our growth in the last 12 months has been significant as we continue to expand from our Manchester city centre base.

“Our increase in revenue is very much down to our 47-strong team and their professional expertise which our clients value.  We expect to continue to expand as we strengthen our position as the North West’s largest independent multi-disciplined property consultancy.”
