Barriers to Growth

Converge TS, the cloud provider for law firms based at Daresbury in Cheshire, is on track to achieve 45% growth to £5.7m.

Its performance means that by December the company will have achieved an average of 50% growth per year for the least five years as it homes in on its £10m revenue target for the end of 2019.

Converge TS has pursued a focused organic growth strategy to win larger law firm clients across the UK and has signed a number of Top 200 firms this year, including NE firm Langleys Solicitors, SouthWest-based Stone King and London headquartered MW Solicitors.

The company has also signed legal expenses firm, MSL and is building a presence in Northern Ireland, having signed Belfast firm Wilson Nesbitt Solicitors.

Converge TS started 2017 having recently expanded with a new office in central London. Earlier this year, the company was named in the Ward Hadaway Greater Manchester Fastest 50 list, a run-down of the fastest growing businesses in the region, and was awarded second place in their category.

Managing director Nigel Wright said:  “We have a clear strategy which is focused on delivering hosted services to large and mid-tier law firms across the UK and Ireland. Law firms want to work with an experienced partner who understands their complex data, compliance and cyber requirements.”

“Our laser focus has delivered a brilliant start to the year and we’re confident we will achieve our stated 2017 growth target aided by an 80% recurring revenue rate and a 95% client retention rate.”
