Developer to build 322 apartments in Leicester
Developer Watkin Jones is to build a 322 unit Build to Rent (BTR) development in Leicester, after getting the green light.
The housing will consist of 174 one bed units, 137 two bed units and 11 three bed units.
The company expects to start work on the site in next year with a phased completion anticipated during 2019-2020.
