Luxury jewellery store shines on King Street

Luxury jewellery retailer is Harrington & Hallworth has added to its two stores in the North West by opening the third on the affluent King Street in Manchester city centre.

It sits alongside other prestige retailers such as Boodles and Hancock’s, having taken over Boodles’ old store site as it has moved to larger premises over the road.

Harrington & Hallworth already has stores in Ashton-under Lyne, Tameside and at Wilmslow in Cheshire.

The commercial property team led by Daniel Woodcock at Chafes Hague Lambert Solicitors Wilmslow acted for Harrington & Hallworth in securing a new 15-year lease of Unit 1, One King Street, Manchester and provided the required legal advice in connection with the lease negotiation and completion.

Harrington & Hallworth were winners of the 2016/17 WatchPro Independent Luxury Retailer of the Year Award.
