Revive alive and kicking at The Downs

Tech start-up Revive Management, based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester, has outgrown its northern offices at 1-5 The Downs and taken additional space in the landmark building.

The company will now occupy a total of 1,046sq ft on a new three-year lease.

Revive Management provides innovative software solutions to some of the UK’s largest organisations.

The automated software allows its clients to collect overdue bills and debt using SMS and web applications without the requirement for call centre staff.

Geoff Boudin- account director, Revive Manageme¬nt Solutions, said: “The business has grown significantly over the past year through a number of major client acquisitions, we now require the extra office space to accommodate our expanding northern sales and tech teams. Choosing to continue in our existing building makes sense as Altrincham is continuing its revival and proving to be the epicentre of a great local workforce and much improved amenities”.

Daniel Lee, director, Regional Property Solutions, which recently took over the management and letting of the building for TELL Holdings, said: “This landmark building is currently undergoing refurbishment and we expect the last remaining suite to be let shortly”.
