Berkeley Court full after trio of deals

Berkeley Court

Berkeley Court, which forms part of the 300-acre Manor Park office and industrial zone near Runcorn in Cheshire, is now 100% let following a trio of deals.

The final three units of the 17 available have been let, accounting for the last 10,000sq ft at the popular industrial estate, which is managed by Langtree.

“The estate was extensively refurbished less than 12 months ago and the recent deals bringing it to a fully occupied status validate our very active asset management approach,” said Kathryn Smart, group senior property manager at Langtree.

“Businesses want a base that projects the right image and this has been a factor in all three lettings.”

Mike Gibbons of Definteco, which provides integrated technology design and project management for the marine industry, reinforced the point, when he said: “Our service and products are provided to a very style-conscious customer base – typically owners and designers of luxury yachts.

“We needed a new home that reflected the standard of our work and the places where it is deployed and Berkeley Court was perfect for us.”

Berkeley Court comprises 17 industrial units ranging in size from 2,431 to 21,611sq ft across four terraces, in a prime industrial location midway between Warrington and Runcorn.

The estate is adjacent to the A558 which provides easy access to Junctions 11 and 12 of the M56.

Langtree manages two other industrial estates in the area which have available units: Whitehouse Industrial Estate in Widnes and Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn.
