Williams Sillitoe and Canning O’Neill have been instructed by Colombia Threadneedle as joint letting agents to market Southmark building in Altrincham town centre in Greater Manchester.

Located at Barrington Road, the HQ building comprises a total 29,395sq ft over four floors, with 62 underground car parking spaces. The building is 100 metres from Altrincham’s Metro sand Altrincham train station.

Due to undergo a high quality comprehensive refurbishment, Southmark Building is a self-contained headquarters building or as individual suites ranging in size from 1,862sq ft at a quoting rent of £18.50 per sq ft.
