Brown joins Chancerygate from Cushman & Wakefield

Industrial and warehouse developer Chancerygate has recruited Chris Brown to join its North West team as a development manager.

Brown currently works with Cushman & Wakefield in Manchester as a partner in charge of the Northern Industrial & Logistics teams.

He will join Chancerygate in December and will be based in the company’s Warrington office.

Mike Walker, development director at Chancerygate, said: “We have more than 600,000sq ft of new or refurbished space being delivered in the region during the next three years and are hungry to increase our activity further.

“The time was right to recruit another development expert to deal with the existing pipeline and source new opportunities in the North West and also Yorkshire.

“We needed someone who understands our core markets and Chris fits the bill perfectly.”
