Pannone celebrates deals table top 10 ranking

Law firm Pannone Corporate has been named as one of the North West’s most active corporate advisers in 2017.

The firm has been ranked in Experian’s top 10 North West legal adviser league table for the number of deals completed in the first nine months of 2017.

Experian reported a total of 508 deals in the region during the period with a total value of £8.9bn.

Corporate partner Tim Hamilton said: “It is a fantastic achievement to be ranked as one of the most active dealmakers in the region.

“We have been extremely busy this year, advising on deals worth more than £300m and are expecting a large number of completions before the end of the year.

“In recent weeks we have completed several significant transactions including the Livingbridge investment in Mobysoft and advising Bollington on its private equity backed merger with Wilson insurance broker.”
