Lashmar made director at Roger Hannah & Co

Manchester-based chartered Surveyor Roger Hannah & Co has announced the promotion of Stephen Lashmar to director to mark his contribution to the business.

Lashmar joined the company in 2014 and will be a director within the Company’s specialist compulsory purchase department (CPO).

The CPO team has seen continued growth in the number of instructions and has now evolved into one of the largest regional CPO teams in the country.

He advises on a range of local, regional and national private sector clients as well as a number of public sector clients and is involved in a variety of regeneration and infrastructure projects including High Speed 2 of which he and his team is a leading voice, not just across the North West, but the UK.

Since joining us just over three-and-a-half years ago, Stephen has continued to contribute to the business, building client relationships and promoting the name of Roger Hannah & Co at both a regional and national level, especially within the compulsory purchase sector.”
