BiSN checks into Cavendish Avenue
The final vacant unit at Cavendish Avenue at Birchwood Park in Warrington has been let by Patrizia, the manager of the facility.
It has gone to BiSN, the global metal-to-metal downhole sealing solutions, to the park.
Moving from two sites in Runcorn, Cheshire and Atherton, near Wigan, BiSN has taken the space at 713 Cavendish Avenue, a 22,00sq ft warehouse which includes 2,000sq ft of office space. It has been designed by AEW Architects.
The move gives BiSN Enterprise Zone status and means the business will be able to take advantage of the range of benefits available to occupiers within the Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone.
Emma Carter, UK operations manager at BiSN, said: “Our new UK headquarters provide the ideal setting for us to show clients our unique downhole technology.
“The strategic location and combination of office and manufacturing space will allow us to continue our ground-breaking alloy development, whilst also improving product availability and customer service for our clients operating across the Eastern Hemisphere.”
BiSN employees will now have access to the wide range of meeting rooms, networking spaces, restaurant and gym at Birchwood Park’s business and leisure destination: The Centre.
BiSN joins global medical diagnostics, Werfen, and national flooring solutions provider, Bathgate Flooring, at the Cavendish Avenue development.
