Business expansions in Hale boosted by property consultancy

Richmond House

Williams Sillitoe property consultancy has advised on a series of lease agreements at Richmond House in Hale, Greater Manchester to enable business expansions.

Acting on behalf of Knights 1759, which claims to be the UK’s fastest growing professional services business, Williams Sillitoe has coordinated the surrender of its client’s existing lease at Richmond House and the completion of two new lettings to local growing businesses.

Foresight Independent Financial Planning and Fortis Developments have both relocated from nearby units in Hale and nearby Altrincham to let suites 3 and 4 at Richmond House, totalling 5,500sq ft, each on ten-year leases.

Located at Heath Road opposite Hale train station, the purpose-built office building provides modern open-plan accommodation with provision for 14 car parking spaces.

Simon Gardner of Williams Sillitoe said: “Hale is continuously proving to be an investment hotspot, with high occupier demand for, what is, a limited amount of existing quality office space. We were pleased to identify the rare opportunity at Richmond House to secure Knights’ relocation, whilst facilitating Foresight and Fortis Development’s requirements.

“With excellent transport links and motorway networks, Hale’s position between prime markets at Trafford Park and South Manchester and its amenity resurgence here and in Altrincham town centre, will support the local market’s continued buoyancy.”

Karl Bamford, office leader at Knights 1759 added: “Williams Sillitoe coordinated our lease surrender with extreme professionalism, helpful and proactive throughout.”
