Office building brought to market following major refurbishment

An office building at Chester Business Park has been brought to market following £2m refurbishment.

Halladale House, which was previously occupied by Ball Packaging, is now available to let on a new lease.

The 20,000 sq ft detached property is situated over two floors.

It is now configured to provide open plan layouts and following the renovation works offers a new feature entrance and double height glazed reception designed by Orbit Architects.

Outside, the building offers up to 78 car parking spaces and facilities for electric car charging.

Will Sadler, director at Legat Owen, joint agents for the scheme with Avison Young, said: “Halladale presents an exciting opportunity for any businesses looking to position themselves out of town and we’ve already had plenty of interest in what is now arguably the best building on the park.

“Over the last twelve months it has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme and offers exceptional office premises with extensive car parking, and is located in a prime commercial hot spot.

“We are seeing more and more companies considering out of town business parks like this, with there being such a shortage of speculative development in the centre.”

Chester Business Park’s occupiers include, Marks & Spencer, Bank of America, MBNA, Bristol Myers Squibb, GB Group, Tetrapak, Diners Club, Nextgear Capital, Target Group, Old Mutual Financial Services and Regus.
