Oliver Rowe

Real estate company Avison Young which recently bought WHR has promoted Oliver Rowe to director in its Manchester office.

Rowe has worked for WHR for seven years, last four of which he has been part of its investment team working alongside managing director Mark Williams and Dan Crossley.

Williams said: “Oliver has proven to be a valuable member of our team and a key part of our success.

“His attitude and approach embodies the ethos of our firm and his willingness to embrace new challenges has been very encouraging.

“We are always keen to acknowledge the hard work and commitment that our staff show us and Oliver certainly deserved this promotion.”

Oliver added: “The support that I have received from my team has been incredible and has allowed me to be involved in some of the region’s most significant investment deals.

“It is currently a very exciting time for the Capital Markets team and the wider company, following the recent acquisition by Avison Young.

I believe the acquisition will give us a greater platform to continue to grow the business, and increase the service offer to our clients.”
