Manchester recruitment firm Tindall Perry has hailed a record year after reporting a 40% rise in turnover while also tripling its headcount in 2017.

The business posted revenues of £622,000 for the year to September 2017, the first time it has passed the £500,000 mark and up on the £450,000 seen the previous year.

Tindall Perry has also invested in its staff, tripling headcount in the last 12 months. This includes the appointments of directors Michael Avis and Dan Simmonite to lead its executive and finance brands respectively, as well as Cath Priestley as candidate manager and Karen Smith as marketing and project manager.

With a target turnover of £1m turnover in the next 18 months, the business said it is planning to increase headcount by four in the next 12 months, as well as investing in the latest CRM and candidate sourcing technologies.

Leyla Tindall, managing director at Tindall Perry, said: “This has been a breakthrough year for Tindall Perry, achieving record revenues and establishing ourselves as a key player in the North West senior recruitment market. In an industry often criticised for its lack of professionalism, I am passionate about offering a more enjoyable alternative, built on the strong relationships we create with both clients and candidates.

“Technology will also play a crucial role in future. We recognise that the recruitment industry is set to see a huge evolution in the coming years, and we have been working hard to ensure we are able to offer our clients and candidates the best possible service underpinned by the latest technology.”
