Full Vanguard House at Sci-Tech Daresbury

Vanguard House, part of science and innovation campus Sci-Tech Daresbury has secured a series of new lettings which has taken the building in the enterprise zone to 100% let.

Built in 2011, Vanguard House offers 36,000sq ft of office and laboratory space providing high-quality accommodation for maturing businesses from both within the campus and through external lettings.

The new companies taking space in the building come from a range of sectors. They are: Avenista, Table Reservation & Table Management software solutions; CAE UK, Technology Service company; igroup, Microsoft specialists; ORCHA, Health and Care apps company and pm Connections, Health and Safety solutions company.

Jayne Furnival, group property director of Langtree, the private sector partner in the Sci-Tech Daresbury joint venture, said: “We know that flexibility and collaboration are major priorities for tech businesses and Sci-Tech Daresbury is a highly effective hub for companies looking to be part of a like-minded community.

“It has been a year in which Sci-Tech Daresbury was named as the science campus making the most significant contribution to innovation in the UK by the UK Science Park Association; and also from where the Government launched its Industrial Strategy in January.

“In 2018, we will be taking forward our plans for a new development, Project Violet, which will further help to burnish our reputation as a dynamic location which is helping to promote the skills and assets of Liverpool City Region.”
