Colliers makes trio of key appointments

Three key staff have been promoted to associate director at the Northern Powerhouse network of offices of real estate advisers Colliers International.

Scott Shufflebottom and James Preston were both promoted from senior surveyor in the national offices and national capital markets teams respectively.

Scott joined Colliers as a graduate surveyor from Lambert Smith Hampton in 2014 while James arrived as a surveyor from Cushman & Wakefield in 2016.

Gavin Foxton rose from senior surveyor to associate director, project and building consultancy, having joined the agency in 2016 as part of Colliers’ acquisition of building consultancy specialist, Bollingbrook and leads the agency’s project management team for the North.

While Shufflebottom and Preston service clients throughout the North West from the Manchester and Liverpool offices of Colliers, Foxton provides expertise from Manchester and the agency’s office in Leeds covering Yorkshire and the North East.
