£5m conversion of Warrington offices completes

Work has completed on the £5m transformation of fomer offices in Warrington into apartments.

Warrington-based Emerald Bay Construction have finished work at Kings Court, which now comprises 32 loft style apartments .

The interior fit out has been designed by London interior design agency Gunter & Co.

Adam Jude, director at James Peacock Property who are managing agents for the property, said: “This is a very exciting project which Emerald Bay has brought forward and is the first phase in a larger residential development plan in the town centre.

“These are high quality, aspirational properties which we believe is something that has not been seen in Warrington before.”

Cllr Terry O’Neill, leader of Warrington Borough Council, added: “A key objective within Warrington’s framework for growth is to repopulate the Town Centre and the Kings Court development is one of the largest residential development projects that has been brought forward in decades.

“Emerald Bay and James Peacock Property are local businesses company and it is great to see them investing in the future of the town.”
