a1-biss agrees to join other high-profile tenants at Lairside

Commercial property agents, Legat Owen has signed up a1-cbiss to Lairdside Technology Park in Birkenhead on behalf of a private client.

The emissions monitoring and gas detection systems and services provider will be relocating and expanding from its current headquarters next door to take up 20,250 sq ft on a 15-year lease.

The property has a detached glazed showroom and benefits from dedicated parking spaces at the rear of the building.

Existing occupiers on the park include, Screwfix, Brewers Decorator Centre and Halfords Autocentre. The building is also opposite the M53 Ford car showroom.

Mark Diaper, associate director at Legat Owen, sole agents for the scheme said: “Up until recently, the building was solely occupied by Survitec on a long-term lease. Following the company’s departure, the building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to create high quality showroom, trade counter, warehouse and office space situated over two floors.
