Brocklehurst appointed as head of Pinsent Masons property team

International law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed Jonathan Brocklehurst as head of its Manchester office property team.

Brocklehurst joined the firm in 1991. He was based in the Leeds office prior to his relocation to Manchester where he was head of the Leeds Property team for the last five years.

The 40-strong Manchester property team has a significant pipeline of work for regional, national and international clients and is actively recruiting at all levels.

Brocklehurst said: “Pinsent Masons is committed to and focussed on the North West region and we are excited about the prospect of supporting the continued growth of the region through our regional, national and international clients and contacts.”

The team has been involved in some of the highest profile real estate transactions in the region this year, including advising Manchester City Council on a complex procurement process which resulted in a partnership with Far East Consortium on the Northern Gateway.
