L-R Heena Kapadi, Siobhan Howard-Palmer and Jo Handler

Manchester-based HRC Law has announced a trio of appointments to its employment team.

Jo Handler, Siobhan Howard-Palmer and Heena Kapadi join as the firm heads towards its fifth birthday.

An employment specialist, Handler has arrived as an associate having spent 11 years with Eversheds followed by a period at Almond Solicitors.

She advises clients across a range of employment matters, with her vast experience complementing the team’s sector-focused approach.

Also bringing rich experience and a wealth of knowledge, Howard-Palmer joins the firm from an in-house role with a Fortune 500 worldwide supplier to the oil and gas industry. She trained and qualified at Halliwells, then moved to Clyde and Co, before taking a career break which saw her travel through South and Central America.

Joining from Slater Heelis where she qualified, Kapadi joins as a solicitor and will be advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters ranging from TUPE transfers to tribunal claims and director/partnership disputes.

She brings with her a range of experience in employment and dispute resolution and is looking forward to engaging in both contentious and non-contentious matters across different sectors.

Partner Simon Whitehead added: “As HRC Law continues to grow, we need a team of people who are technically excellent, who will retain our unique culture and help our clients succeed. It’s important that we are able to maintain a nurturing environment in which ambitious individuals can thrive.

“Jo, Heena and Siobhan all epitomise HRC Law’s proactive and client-focused approach and I look forward to working with them all.”
