People on the move: TEM Property Group; New Care; C&C Catering Engineers; TSK; Jon Davies Accountants

Abbie Morrow has been appointed TV, film and events co-ordinator by Cheshire-based TEM Property Group for its burgeoning production locations business Tatton Locations.

Morrow will work on the growing number of film and television projects being hosted across the Tatton Estate which in the last year includes, Fox Searchlight’s Tolkien biopic; new Netflix/Canal+ series, Safe; and BBC TV hits Peaky Blinders and The Worst Witch.

In addition, a growing number of corporate videos and TV advertisements have been secured.

She brings a wealth of experience in the production industry. Starting her career as a theatre intern at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, she worked her way to becoming a production coordinator on more than 20 West End and UK tour productions, with the Ambassador Theatre Group, including The Rocky Horror Show, Hamlet and Glengarry Glen Ross.

Cheshire-raised Morrow said: “It’s a very exciting time for Tatton Locations and I am looking forward to helping build it further and promoting the impressive range of locations and facilities we have available for use and also helping to make Cheshire ‘Manchester’s Back-Lot’.

“So far my career has meant that I’ve been lucky enough to work on some amazing projects and alongside some incredible talent, such as Christian Slater, Juliet Stevenson and Jesse Eisenberg, but being able to work in an industry such as this, in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, really is a dream come true.”

Fast growing care home operator New Care has appointed qualified nurse Hayley Bebbington registered manager for its soon-to-open care home Grosvenor Manor in Chester.

Bebbington takes responsibility for the new state-of-the-art 81-bed care facility on Heath Lane

She is also tasked with ensuring the home complies with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and will oversee ongoing training and development to ensure the staff team meets New Care’s exacting standards.

Bebbington was most recently home manager for another of the operator’s high end care facilities, Ashlands Manor in Sale, Greater Manchester.

Prior to joining New Care, Bebbington was a divisional clinical lead nurse, responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of care and nursing across a portfolio of more than 60 homes. She continues to be passionate about delivering only the highest standards of care.

New Care chief executive Chris McGoff said: “With build complete at Heath Lane and the interior design and finishing touches underway, we will soon be ready to welcome residents to our impressive new care facility in Chester and it’s good to know that Hayley will be there from the outset to lead the team, ensuring the highest standards and creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment for all those in her care.”

Chester-based C&C Catering Engineers is welcoming David Freeman as group support manager.

The appointment will establish expansion of the service and maintenance department at the company’s Queensferry offices.

C&C Catering Engineers director Ian Berrow said: “We’re delighted to be growing our team, and look forward to working with David, who will bring a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in the maintenance and service sector and, having recently left Airedale, believes it to be a great opportunity for both himself and us.”

Workplace creation specialist TSK has unveiled Sophie Foster in its Manchester office.

She will be associate workplace consultant following a number of high-profile project announcements.
Having joined the TSK team in 2016, Foster’s new role strengthens TSK’s offering as its clients acknowledge employee and client experience in the workplace are intrinsic to organisational performance.

Merseyside firm Jon Davies Accountants (JDA) has grown its team with the appointment of a new client manager.

Claire Smith brings the benefit of her 23 years’ experience as a chartered accountant to JDA, working out of the firm’s recently-opened offices in South Liverpool.

Smith started her career in Glasgow with prestigious Scottish firm Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte and her work has taken her to Houston, Moscow and Brunei where she worked in marine operations.

Her arrival brings a third dedicated client manager to JDA which launched last September and already has more than 150 clients.
