Don’t miss Women in Business lunch with Sandy Lindsay

Sandy Lindsay

It’s now your last chance to book tickets for the latest TheBusinessDesk.com Women in Business lunch featuring Sandy Lindsay, the inspirational chair of communications consultancy Tangerine.

It takes place at Mr Cooper’s in the Midland Hotel, Manchester, on Friday, March 23, and follows on from packed events with Joanna Swash, Jen Atkinson and Victoria Molyneux.

Sandy received the MBE in 2015 for services to business and young people, taking her journey from what she herself describes as “one of the UK’s worst council estates” to Buckingham Palace.

Over 15 years her business has become an award-winning agency with a national reputation. Last year she took the dramatic step of handing over ownership of nearly two-thirds of it to the people who work in the business.

Sandy is passionate about creating opportunities for people and helps to lead a number of different initiatives.

She is the founder of The Juice Academy, chairs skills groups for the North West Institute of Directors and the North West Business Leadership Team, is a national ambassador for apprenticeships and a member of the North West Business Leadership Council of Teach First. She is also vice-chair of Forever Manchester and a non-executive director of Northcoders.

Join us on Friday, March 23 to hear from Sandy and network with around 80 women from business and the professional services over lunch.
