A unit at Quays Reach Business Park in Salford has been sold on behalf of Portlemouth Estates by property consultant Canning O’Neill from an asking price of £420,000.

Krome Technologies, which delivers end to end business infrastructure solutions has bought the 3,572 sq ft Unit 2 Caroline Way office building, relocating its Manchester office from Trafford Park. Krome has two additional offices in Surrey and London.

The unit is already home to Fairhome Group, Robinson Way, and the NSPCC.

Krome Technologies has recognised the long-term value of this asset and we are delighted to have secured the sale for our client.”

Canning O’Neill is also marketing Units 5 and 6 Carolina Way.
