Make-up artist launches her own range across the UK

Make-up artist and entrepreneur Jordana Ticia Franks is the brains and beauty behind a new cosmetic range.

Jordana Ticia Cosmetics, which is manufactured in the UK, was set up in 2015 when Jordana was only 19 and focuses on a range of liquid lipstick and lipglosses for all skin types and colours.

Using her natural artistic ability and experience as a make-up artist, Jordana created a brand for both professional make-up artists and the public to use and enjoy.

The 22-year-old from Manchester said: “Working as a make-up artist has given me a lot of insight into what products really work and what people are looking for.

“I knew there was space in the market for amazing liquid lipsticks and glosses which focused on great colours with a red carpet finish.”

She added: “I also wanted to ensure the products were vegan and cruelty-free, it’s really important to me to create a product I’m proud of and which people want to use.

“It such a simple but crucial step for the beauty industry and I’m proud to be a part of that.”

With an estimated rise in sales of 12%, the lip colour cosmetics market brings up to £306 million in value.

Stocked in over 60 salons across the UK and with 26,100 Instagram followers Jordana Ticia Cosmetics has seen growth both in the UK and worldwide.
