Iconic Manchester building sold in £9m deal

A former petticoat factory which was turned into an office building by specialist development firm Urban Splash has been sold in a £9m deal. Ducie House, on the fringe of the Northern Quarter, was one of the first major schemes carried out by Urban Splash. The building has also been home to some of Manchester’s best known independent firms including 808 State and Simply Red.
