Luxury flats in Liverpool city centre starting to take shape

A luxury housing scheme in the heart of Liverpool is starting to take shape.

Liverpool’s Legacie Developments is pressing ahead with its city centre project Ropemaker Place and the frame of the building is now in place.

The company will open 74 one and two bedroom high-specification apartments at the Renshaw Street site in February 2019.

The huge steel frame will form the skeleton of what promises to be striking edition the thriving bohemian area, right in the heart of Liverpool city centre.

Since the announcement of Ropemaker Place, Legacie and its sales partner Ascot Property Investments have received a number of inquiries.

Legacie Developments, launched in 2010, is one of the North West’s most prominent emerging developers and specialises in the sensitive conversion of historic buildings and new developments

The company is known for a number of projects that include Water Street’s Reliance House and a residential scheme on Dale Street.

A spokesperson for Legacie Developments said: “Ropemaker Place will be a striking residential development and we’re pleased to have completed this first milestone.

“It’s a very exciting time for Renshaw Street which has been undergoing various changes over the last few years and Legacie is very excited to be part of that.”
