Lake District hotel re-opens after £10m refurbishment
A popular Lake District hotel signalled the end of a year-long £10m refurbishment today, June 1, as Linthwaite House opened for business again.
Part of the Leeu Collection, its existing 30 bedorooms have been renovated by internationally-renowned designer Beverley Boswell who has introduced the Leeu Collection’s elegant and sophisticated signature style.
She was also responsible for the interiors of South African sister properties Leeu Estates, Leeu House and Le Quartier Français, all in Franschhoek in the Cape Winelands.
