US electronics firm relocates Manchester office

A US owned supplier of electronic components has relocated its Manchester office as part of a restructure of its UK locations.

Arrow Electronics has taken a five-year term at Trafford House, moving from its previous base at New York Street.

The company has 17 locations in the UK and employs 1,500 people.

Richard Briars, facilities manager for the UK, said: “The relocation of our Manchester office is driven by our real estate strategy which involves relocating small offices in high head rent areas to more suburban areas.”

Langleys Solicitors advised the company on the lease deal with landlord Bruntwood.
