Financial adviser Chase de Vere has launched Chase de Vere Medical, a service focused on providing independent financial advice to the medical profession.

The company has experience in providing financial advice to medical practitioners, having worked in partnership with the British Medical Association (BMA) since 2005 and given advice to 12,000 BMA members.

Chase de Vere has 75 independent financial advisers who specialise in this area and who have extensive knowledge of the personal finance challenges facing medical professionals, including an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the NHS pension scheme, career paths and family benefits.

They currently run more than 100 seminars and 600 worksite events for BMA members each year, largely focused on retirement planning and understanding the NHS Pension Scheme.

This is because retirement planning for medical professionals can be very complicated and is often misunderstood.

Andrea Sproates, head of Chase de Vere Medical, said: “We have provided exceptional financial advice and service to medical professionals for the past 13 years.

“However, despite our undoubted resources and capabilities in this area, we have been largely hiding our light under a bushel.

“With the launch of Chase de Vere Medical we are making our service and expertise more recognisable and confirming our message loud and clear, that when it comes to independent financial advice for medical professionals, we are the ‘go to’ experts.”

Chase de Vere has 16 offices across the UK, including Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and Preston.
