Elan opening first Staffordshire show home

Elan's planned development

Ellesmere Port-based Elan Homes is continuing to grow with the launch of its first Staffordshire development next weekend, September 1.

The homebuilder has acquired a parcel of land at St Thomas Priory, Blackheath Lane, Baswich, where it will provide 11 homes in a choice of three- and four-bedroom designs in a private courtyard.

The properties will be showcased by a four-bedroom Fulford-style show home.

Decorated and fully furnished throughout by professional interior designers, it’s sure to inspire potential purchasers.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “We’re excited to be moving in to Staffordshire, having developed a solid reputation for building quality homes in some of the most desirable neighbourhoods across the North West, South West and Wales.

“The launch of St Thomas Priory is a major milestone for Elan and we’re looking forward to welcoming potential purchasers into the show home.”

Established in 2008, Elan Homes has become a leading homebuilder.

The company focus is on building inclusive, community-based developments, featuring high quality, attractive designs that complement their environment.

There will be six styles of Elan homes to choose from at St Thomas Priory, ranging in size from 1,052 sq ft, to 1,818 sq ft. Prices for the properties will be announced at the launch.

The Fulford-style show home features an open plan layout that maximises the potential of the space available with combined kitchen, dining area and living room. A study, utility and cloakroom complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite, leaving the large family bathroom to serve the remaining three spacious bedrooms.

As with all Elan homes, properties at St Thomas Priory will boast a high specification as standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

St Thomas Priory is Elan’s first development to launch in Staffordshire.

The homebuilder has also acquired a 9.29 acre site in the north west Staffordshire village of Loggerheads, not far from Market Drayton, where it plans to build 78 new homes.
