Multi million refurbishment under way at Warrington offices

Unit C at The Beacons

CEG has announced the multi-million pound refurbishment of The Beacons at Birchwood Park in Warrington to deliver high quality, contemporary office space.

Offering three self-contained units with the 12,000 sq ft Unit B let to ABS Consulting, CEG has already completed the refurbishment of Unit A which offers 6,500 sq ft of space over two floors.

The investment and development company has now appointed Ultimate Office Solutions to undertake the refurbishment of Unit C to deliver a 9,380 sq ft spacious and light-filled open plan office environment.

A new high-quality reception, befiting of a new headquarters environment, alongside the generous car parking provision and secure cycle provision will add to the building’s appeal.

The popular Beacons office park benefits from easy access to junction 11 of the M62 and junction 21 of the M6, local amenities include a shopping centre, railway station, café, restaurant, gym and creche.

Antonia Martin-Wright, head of investment-North at CEG, explained: “The Beacons provided an excellent opportunity to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment, delivering contemporary office space in this well-connected location. This, along with the quality of the nearby amenities, will appeal to a wide range of occupiers.”

Unit A is immediately available as a self-contained office headquarters and the refurbishment of Unit C will complete in October, with the building being available in its entirety or in suites from 4,500 sq ft on flexible terms.

Following the successful refurbishment and letting of Atlantic House to the Highways Agency, Avison Young has been appointed as joint letting agent for the Beacons, alongside JLL.
