Catalyst achieves £500m funding milestone

Manchester-based Catalyst Finance has achieved one its biggest growth targets for 2018, and has now funded more than £500m to SMEs across the UK.

The funding figure reflects the amount of invoices purchased and loans made since Catalyst started in 2012.

Chief operating officer Martine Catton said: “2018 is looking to be a hugely successful year for us.

“Not only have we hit this fantastic milestone, but we’ve also expanded our product offering to provide wider funding options for intermediaries and the SMEs who are in need of short term finance.

“This achievement comes off the back of our successful half year results, too.”

She added: “The business is going from strength to strength.

“We pride ourselves on providing flexible finance solutions and being able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of our clients, the wider SME community and, of course, our valued intermediaries.
