Manchester United’s HR boss steps out on her own

Manchester United’s HR manager has launched her own business.

Ellie Levens, who is based in Lymm, has set up Exponential HR with the goal of helping to transform businesses through the quality of their people and processes.

Before she signed up for Manchester United, Ellie worked for a number of SMEs in the North West.

At Saica Paper UK and Plastic Omnium, Ellie was responsible for HR implementation at major new plants.

She said: “I am hugely excited about stepping out on my own and working with businesses across the region.

“I am passionate about showing business owners and their senior management teams how they can get the most from the right HR processes and practices.

“By having the best people and practices in place, a business can invest more time in planning and achieving growth and improved productivity.”

In addition to working with businesses to put the best processes and systems in place, Ellie is also keen to help upskill other HR professionals or employees who have HR as part of their wider job role.
