Lothbury Investment Management instructs Savills on Manchester property

4 Hardman Street reception

Lothbury Investment Management has instructed Savills as the joint letting agent at 4 Hardman Street in Manchester, working alongside the existing agent Colliers International.

The building, previously known as Vantage Point, totals around 45,000 sq ft (4,180 sq m) across eight office floors and can accommodate suites of between 1,800 sq ft (167 sq m) and 5,880 sq ft (546 sq m).

Current occupiers include GL Hearn, Capita, Tilney and Allied Irish Bank.

The building is located in Spinningfields, one of Europe’s most successful urban regeneration projects, which is home to more than 165 financial and commercial services organisations, as well as luxury fashion brands, restaurants and bars.

Daniel Barnes, associate director in the office agency team at Savills, said: “We are delighted to be involved with 4 Hardman Street.

“The building offers quality office accommodation in the heart of Spinningfields and can satisfy occupier requirements for smaller suites as well as those seeking full floors.

“Lothbury’s recent investment in refurbishing the reception combined with proximity to all the amenities Spinningfields has to offer has attracted a good level of occupier interest.”

Quoting rents at the property are £34 per sq ft.
