Senior business leaders to share insights at Outlook 2019 seminars

A series of seminars which will feature senior business leaders discussing the forthcoming 2019 outlook and reflecting upon the 2018 economic environment are to be held.

TheBusinessDesk.com’s Outlook 2019 seminars, in association with DLA Piper UK LLP, will see a variety of business leaders, economists and influencers speak at the breakfast panel events being held in Sheffield, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester across dates in November and December.

In Liverpool – on Thursday 29 November – panellists will be:

  • Sue Grindrod, Royal Albert Dock
  • Colin Sinclair, CEO, Knowledge Quarter
  • Chris Brown, Director, Liverpool Vision
  • Philip Rooney, Partner, DLA Piper UK LLP

In Manchester – on Thursday 6 December – panellists will be:

  • Joanne Roney, Chief Executive at Manchester City Council
  • Tim Heatley, Co-founder of Capital and Centric
  • James Heather, Deputy Chief Executive at U + I
  • Professor Ken McPhail, Alliance Manchester Business School
  • Tom Kelsall, Partner, DLA Piper UK LLP

All events will be held between 8am-10am and will provide networking opportunities.

These breakfast seminars will focus on potential opportunities and challenges the regions will face next year, as well as take a more national overview of what could be in store.
