£6.3m sale success for Oldham distribution facility

Aberdeen Standard Investments, represented by international real estate advisor Savills, has sold Unit 6 at Broadway Business Park in Chadderton, Oldham, to Quorum Estates for £6.325m.

The vacant 103,590 sq ft (9,623 sq m) distribution facility has been fully refurbished and sits on a 5.4-acre (2.2-hectare) site, featuring ground floor office accommodation and an extended yard.

Broadway Business Park is located three miles south west of Oldham town centre and offers immediate access to the M60 motorway via Broadgate and Gateway Crescent.

Nearby occupiers include Kitbag, GSI Commerce, Costco and Great Bear Distribution.
