Listed legal firm Knights, says it is “confident” that the results for the half year will be in line with expectations – and is expecting a double digit increase in organic revenue compared to the same period last year.

Knights, which floated on AIM in June recently bought Leicester-based Spearing Waite for £8.5m and Turner Parkinson in Manchester.

The company says that the integration of both businesses is “proceeding to plan”.

David Beech, chief executive, said: “The group continues to make excellent progress, and we remain confident in our growth plans following June’s successful listing on AIM.

“We continue to see exciting opportunities in the regional legal sector and will look to make further acquisitions of businesses which offer complementary services in targeted geographies and sectors.”

The company will announce its half year results on 15 January 2019.

Earlier this month Knights announced it is moving to new offices in Manchester city centre.

The company, which made history when it floated on the Stock Exchange in June, is moving into the recently refurbished Barbirolli Square building.
