Trading estate fully let after six new deals

CEG has secured five new leases, ensuring that Arrow Trading Estate at Audenshaw, Manchester, is now 100% let.

The deals see the following companies move to the bustling business park:

  • Fresh Approach (UK) Ltd takes a 9,127 sq ft to aid the expansion of its film production and event management business
  • Sofa company, Chesterfield Couture, takes 5,103 sq ft for its Manchester showroom
  • Shrink Wrapping Supplies takes 5,090 sq ft
  • Safety Buyer (UK) Ltd takes 4,880 sq ft
  • Pumpcare Ltd takes 2,416 sq ft

The final 218,980 sq ft unit is currently in legals and means that the entire estate is now fully let.

Olivia Hughes, investment manager at CEG, said: “Arrow Trading Estate has been managed within the CEG portfolio for almost 30 years and continues to provide an environment that helps our business customers thrive and grow.

“We have continued to deliver investment and improvement at the site, in order to provide a well-located and attractive development.”

Arrow Trading Estate is home to a number of national and regional businesses, including Enterprise Foods.

The units offer 10 metre eaves, offices and drive–in dock loading areas, as well as easy access to the motorway network.
