Total completes latest spec scheme in Wigan

Total Developments has announced the completion of M6Epic50, its new, speculatively-developed 54,300 sq ft industrial scheme in Wigan.
Located on Three Sisters Road on South Lancashire Industrial Estate, the unit has been constructed by Pioneer Design and Build with C4 acting as project managers.

Comprising 50,800 sq ft industrial space and 3,500 sq ft office space on the first floor, the building is situated next to MDA Consulting and is close to blue-chip occupiers, including Poundland and Compagnie Fruitiere.
