Fusion21 announces renewal of £90m repairs framework

Fusion21 has announced the renewal of its national painting, decorating and associated repairs framework, offering a potential combined worth of up to £90m, over a four-year period.

For the first time this framework will now offer sector split lots covering housing, education, health and the wider public sector.

This framework offers painting, decorating and repairs services, including both internal and external works and associated works.

Multiple suppliers are now being sought for appointment, with SMEs encouraged to apply.

The framework is now available on the mytenders web portal.

Peter Francis, director of operations at Huyton-based Fusion21, said: “From listening to member feedback and responding to changes in the market place, the painting, decorating and associated repairs framework has been developed to cover a holistic range of painting and decorating services.

“It can be adapted to the needs and requirements of various public sectors.

“The framework has also been designed to generate social value outcomes specific to the priorities those using the framework.”

Fusion21 members operating in the social housing, local authorities, health, education and blue light sectors will benefit from greater efficiency savings, while using a framework that fully complies with procurement legislative requirements.

The submission deadline for the framework is 12 noon, Friday, January 11, 2019.
