Developer unveils ambitious £300m plans for 2019

Legacie Developments has today unveiled plans for the New Year as it pledges to invest £300m into the Liverpool City Region economy, helping to create thousands of jobs.

The developer plans to bolster its portfolio, focusing on creating 2,000 homes in the next five years across key sites within Liverpool and the wider city region.

There will be a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as housing.

In doing so, Legacie says it will create thousands of jobs within the construction industry.

The new year will also mark the official opening of the Reliance House project and the completion of Ropemaker Place, on Renshaw Street.

The Liverpool-based developer said it has gained a reputation for delivering outstanding projects with its most recent, Parliament Square, becoming its fastest-selling, attracting foreign buyers from the USA, China and the Middle East.

And it added that Legacie is renowned for its numerous prestigious developments, including Water Street’s Reliance House, Dale Street shops, North Liverpool’s Rose Place, Azure Residence.

Work will start on the company’s Parliament Square development in the Baltic Triangle district in the New Year.
