Court bans mobility equipment boss for six years

The boss of a Macclesfield mobility equipment company has been banned by the courts after continuing to accept payments, despite knowing the business was insolvent. Incorporated in October 2013, Churchills Homecare supplied and installed mobility equipment in domestic properties. Craig James Paterson (53), from Alderley Edge, Cheshire, was appointed the managing director in October 2013. He was later joined by Belinda Johanne Rogers (52), also from Alderley Edge, after she was appointed a director of the company in October 2014....
