Property developer is first tenant at business district site
With two months still remaining until Avenue HQ St Paul’s Square’s completion in Liverpool’s business district, residential property developers Brickland has become the first company to take private office space at the newest Avenue HQ location.
The Liverpool-based developers joined Avenue HQ’s first Liverpool site in 2017, where they resided in the communal co-working space occupying a number of Avenue HQ’s resident desks, before expanding into a five person office.
Brickland is now due to move into its larger, bespoke private office within St Paul’s Square, come completion.
The company has a plethora of successful projects under its belt.
It is currently working on a number of multimillion-pound build-to-rent schemes across Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield, creating high quality private rental properties, aimed at ‘being affordable to mass markets’.
Brickland’s current schemes include a £40m nine-storey development in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle that will create up to 200 new apartments and a £78m apartment complex within Manchester, both due for completion 2020, as well as a £47m scheme comprising 268 apartments in Sheffield which will complete in the first quarter of 2021.

AHQ St Paul’s Square is set to open in Spring, bringing upwards of 20 new, move-in ready, private offices and a thriving co-working community to the Liverpool business district.
Alongside the workspace there is an abundance of meeting space, including an executive boardroom, 80-seat event venue and new hospitality concept, St Paul’s Social, that will cater to the surrounding business community and beyond.
