Century Buildings

Acting on behalf of Parsonage Investments, Canning O’Neill and Roger Hannah & Co have agreed the letting of a self-contained ground floor commercial unit at Century Buildings in Parsonage Gardens, Manchester city centre.

NPP Lettings, which forms part of NPP Investments, a specialist off-plan property investment company in the Manchester residential market, has taken the office unit of 2,333 sq ft on a five-year lease.

The accommodation forms part of the ground floor of a larger residential apartment block.

Under the NPP umbrella, NPP Lettings is responsible for letting and managing the investments of its large client portfolio in Manchester. NPP were advised by OBI.

Helen Gardner, lettings director at NPP Lettings, said: “With demand for living in Manchester city centre reaching an all-time high, as part of our expansion we decided to create a shop front office to give easy access to anyone looking for a home in the city.

Century Buildings offers a fantastic location and will provide an impressive welcome to all our landlord and tenant customers.

Conrad O’Neill, director at Canning O’Neill, said: “We were appointed to market this ground floor unit in October 2018 and secured the interest from NPP very quickly, which clearly demonstrates a strong demand for well-located ground floor office units in the city centre.”

Andrew Cowell, transactions and asset management, OBI said: “We considered several city centre locations with NPP, but Century Buildings provided the best fit for them on every level.”
