Housebuilder granted approval to develop 99 new homes

Following an announcement last month that it had acquired more than eight acres of land in the village of Rhuddlan, Macbryde Homes today confirmed that its application for 99 homes to be built on the site had been approved by Denbighshire County Council. Macbryde Homes will commence on site on the construction of 48 of the homes later this Spring. The remaining homes are due to be built by Anwyl Homes.
